"Caerau Isaf" Holiday Cottage

"Caerau Isaf" - New!!

Caerau Isaf is our most recent holiday location, another farmhouse set back from the A494. It is down a track with no close neighbours. You can walk straight from the door to the moorland and high ground.

Coarse fishing, canoeing / boating / windsurfing are available on the private 18 acre lake. We are happy to help with basic equipment. The nearest pub is a 4 mile hike and the town of Bala is 5 miles away.

On the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, Bala has its famous lake and the white water rafting centre of the Treweryn. The attractions, castles and gardens are too numerous to list here but a drawer full of leaflets in the cottage should help. The immediate surroundings are a major draw and many people return time and again just to be able to walk straight out into this rugged landscape.

A large well equipped kitchen/dining room with a dishwasher and Range style cooker.
A spacious rustic sitting room with woodburner, TV, DVD and a projector and big screen.
A boot room with a walk in shower and loo. Washing machine and tumble drier.
Bedroom 4 with bunk beds.

Double bedroom.
Twin bedroom which can be made into a double, please ask.

Facilities

Central heating and linen are provided free of charge.
A starter pack of kindling and logs, more can be bought from Caerau Uchaf.
There is a key system for the electricity although there will be plenty of credit to last a while.
